Who Are Smarter, Less Educated People Or More Educated People?

First, what does it mean to be smart; that is, what is smartness? Smartness is 30% knowledgeability (what you know) and 70% intelligence (making the best use of what you know). The “Education Spectrum Study” tracked and measured 30 million (30,000,000) people for 30 years. Here is the main conclusion:

90% of less educated people are equally as smart as more educated people. Note that this applies to all ages; for example, a less-educated twenty-year-old is equally as smart as a more-educated twenty-year-old and a less-educated forty-year-old is equally as smart as a more-educated forty-year-old but both a less-educated twenty-year-old and a more-educated twenty-year-old are not as smart as a less-educated forty-year-old and a more-educated forty-year-old.
